A California Native, Mr. Beirne acquired his undergraduate education at the College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina. He attended Notre Dame Law School in South Bend, Indiana, where he served as Irish Law Society Secretary from 2001-2002, going on to become their president from 2002-2003.

While at Notre Dame, he was active on the Notre Dame Barristers Trial Team from 2001-2002, was a member of the Notre Dame Moot Court from 2001-2003, the Notre Dame 7th Circuit Appellate Team during 2003 and loyally served as Notre Dame Student Bar Association Honor Code Prosecutor from 2002-2003.

Mr. Beirne graduated from Notre Dame in June 2003 with his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit in 2004.

In 2005, he was recognized as a Los Angeles Rising Star Attorney, by Super Lawyer Magazine.

Since his entrance into the California State Bar Association, Mr. Beirne has focused his efforts into helping Californians in three major areas of the law: Entertainment Law, Wrongful Termination and DUI Defense.
