DUI Defense (including DMV hearings) – Representation of individuals in DMV hearings and court. Has successfully had a DUI arrest dismissed.

Entertainment Law (Contracts and Litigation) -- Mr. Beirne has assisted those in the entertainment industry with advice and drafted contracts. He has also litigated disputes over copyright infringement and breach of contracts.
