We offer representation from the beginning of your DUI case all the way through trial.  Our services include requesting a DMV hearing for you, to help save your California driver license privileges. We will request a copy of the evidence provided to the DMV by the arresting agency. We will appear at the DMV hearing for you, subpoena any witnesses we think will help your defense, as well as the arresting officer to ensure that his or her policing was due and just.

For the criminal aspect of your case, we will request all police evidence related to your arrest, review the evidence for errors and/or possible loop-holes that provide a defense.  Based on the evidence, we will make any court motions we think will benefit your case, after discussing them with you. We will appear on your behalf at all court appearances and will negotiate with the Deputy District Attorney to see if the charges can be reduced or dismissed. We will also listen to any plea deals the attorney has to offer and discuss them with you, giving our opinion on what steps you should or should not take regarding the offer.

If the charges are not dropped and we don’t think the deal being offered is good enough based on your case, we are more than prepared to defend you at trial and will provide you with the information necessary to make an informed decision.
